Century West Partners and Milender White Construction Co. have begun construction on The Lincoln Collection, a $150 million mixed-use multifamily development in Santa Monica, Calif.
"Lincoln Collection will bring an Urban Village to the very tight Santa Monica rental market, offering renters some of the most remarkable amenities and modern luxury finishes,"; said Steve Fifield, principal & co-founder of Century West Partners.
Located at 1601 and 1613 Lincoln Blvd., the LEED Platinum-designed luxury project will comprise 282 units within two contiguous buildings and 25,000 square feet of ground-level retail. Apartments will be offered in studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans with interior features such as luxe plank flooring, Eurostyle cabinets, luxurious bathrooms, Quartz countertops, in-wall USB outlets and stainless steel appliances. Residents will have access to amenities including:
lounge and entertainment space
expansive outdoor courtyards
Located in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, the community offers convenient access to the Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier, as well as numerous beaches, parks, retailers, dining and nightlife options. The Lincoln Collection is within close proximity to the Big Blue Bus and Metro Blue Line, which provides service to Culver City, downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena and Long Beach. Interstates 10 and 405, as well as the Pacific Coast Highway 1 are also close by.
"Lincoln Collection offers an unparalleled location with immediate proximity to the beach, numerous transportation options, and access to all that Santa Monica offers," said Michael Sorochinsky, principal & co-founder of Century West Partners." The community is atypical in that it provides a more luxurious way of living than what is commonly seen in rental units across Los Angeles."
